I think they don't want to come back to uglyville because they don't want to be around ugly people like there going to catch a deisesse, the ugly. The proceeder for being turned into an pretty. They grind your bones, peel and rub down you skin and face, and add plastic cheeckbones. Also they take away all your bad habits and mistervious ideas or habits.
