I think it has a big meaning because all of these can be use for harm and protection. Like radiology is the study of radiation (atom bombs, mutations), also neurology I think is the study of manipulating people but I think I'm wrong, Magnetic Imaging is like making hoverboards and stuff, and lastly the Operating Theatre Two is the operating room were they make Special Circumstance people special.

"She was tall elegant, every feature perfection. Her eyse deep and soulful, flecked with copper and gold-" Shay was turned pretty and her face sides were similare with no skin bumps and spots.

One if you look at the book there is a lot more to go in the story apparently not this one chapter is going to end the book. Two it can't be the end because Tally hasn't got caught yet. Lastly, I think the ending is going to be they all are in like in jail or something like that and Tally has to get them out and start the Smoke up again.
